After a decade visiting New York I still feel like I haven’t scratched the surface of this city. One of my favorite activities when visiting a new place is seeking out a few “trophies.”. These are usually famous locations or iconic spots that you might see on a popular travel blog, sometimes they are hidden gems that you’ll only find through instagram. Seeking out these iconic shot in a new city is one of the best feelings, it’s a big part of what creates the relationship between travel and photography so exhilarating.
